Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

 

These Cancellation and Refund Conditions govern the cancellation, change, and refund terms for reservations made through the website for transfer and transportation services provided by BOA TUR TOURISM TRANSPORTATION TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“Company”).

 

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

 

Before completing their reservation, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted the preliminary information containing the scope of the service, route, date and time information, and the total service fee.  

The cancellation and refund conditions have been regulated taking into account the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related secondary legislation.

 

3. FREE CANCELLATION PERIODS

 

Unless otherwise specified in the contract:

 

- For city transfers:

Cancellation requests made at least **24 hours** before the transfer departure time are free of charge, and the amount collected will be refunded without any deductions.

 

- For intercity or long-distance transfers:  

  Cancellation requests made at least **36 hours** prior to the transfer departure time are free of charge, and the amount collected will be refunded without any deductions.

 

For cancellation requests made outside the specified time periods, i.e., less than 24/36 hours prior, the reservation fee will not be refunded as the vehicle and driver planning for the service has been completed.

4. NO-SHOW (FAILURE TO USE THE SERVICE)

 

 

 

If the Customer is not present at the designated meeting point at the transfer time or cannot be reached due to incorrect/incomplete contact information, the service shall be deemed to have been performed and no refund shall be made.

 

 

 

5. CHANGE REQUESTS

 

 

 

Requests for changes to the date, time, route, or number of passengers will be evaluated based on vehicle and driver availability.  

 

- Changes made within the free cancellation period can be made without additional charges, subject to availability.  

 

- Changes made outside the free cancellation period may be treated as a new reservation or may incur additional charges.

 

 

 

6. REFUND PROCESS

 

 

 

For cancellation requests that meet the cancellation conditions;  

 

- For payments made by credit card, the refund will be sent to your bank to be credited to the same card. Depending on the bank's processes, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.  

 

- For payments made by wire transfer/EFT, the refund will be made to the specified IBAN account.

 

 

 

The refund period shall in no case exceed **14 days** from the date the Company receives a valid and justified cancellation request.

 

7. FORCE MAJEURE

 

 

 

In cases of force majeure beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, severe weather and road conditions, and official government decisions, the provision of services may be suspended or postponed in whole or in part. In such cases, the parties shall endeavor to find the most appropriate solution in good faith, and refund/change matters shall be evaluated based on the specific circumstances.

 

 

 

8. OTHER PROVISIONS

 

 

 

For matters not covered in these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Distance Selling Agreement and relevant legislation shall apply.
