KVKK Information Notice
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this Information Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes and methods by which your personal data is processed by BOA TUR TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”) as the data controller, and to inform you about your rights.

- Reservation and travel information (flight number, departure/arrival times, route, number of passengers, baggage information, etc.),

- Transaction security data (IP information, log records, etc.).
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK;
- Planning and performing transfer and transportation services,
- Carrying out reservation, ticketing, and operational processes,
- Billing, accounting, and maintaining financial records,
- Customer relations, call center, and request/complaint management,
- Measuring and improving service quality,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and meeting official institution requests,
- Creating evidence in possible legal proceedings.
Personal data is processed for these purposes and only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Your personal data is collected through our website, call center, email correspondence, contracts, forms, and similar channels, either fully or partially automatically, or non-automatically as part of a data recording system.
This data is collected for the following purposes:
- Establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c),
- To fulfill a legal obligation (KVKK m.5/2-ç),
- To establish, exercise, or protect rights (KVKK m.5/2-e),
- For our legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK m.5/2-f) are processed.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Your personal data is collected through our website, call center, email correspondence, contracts, forms, and similar channels, either fully or partially by automated means or by non-automated means as part of a data recording system.
These data are processed within the scope of:
- Establishing and performing a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c),
- Fulfilling a legal obligation (KVKK Article 5/2-ç),
- Establishing, exercising, or protecting rights (KVKK Article 5/2-e),
- Our legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK m.5/2-f) are processed within this scope.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred:
- To our suppliers and solution partners from whom we receive services or with whom we collaborate,
- To individuals and institutions from whom we receive financial advisory, independent audit, and legal consultancy services,
- To banks and payment institutions,
- To authorized public institutions and organizations in cases of legal obligation,
for the purposes stated above, in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.
6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company to:
- Find out whether your personal data has been processed,
- Request information about the processing, if any,
- Find out the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- To request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken,
- Object to a result that is detrimental to you, obtained solely through analysis by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing
You have these rights.
7. APPLICATION METHOD
You may submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or other methods that we may announce in the future, in accordance with the methods specified in the KVKK and relevant communiqués.
Your requests will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
