No, your transfer will not be canceled. We monitor your flight information and update the vehicle schedule according to your new arrival time in case of delays. In the event of very long delays, your circumstances will be assessed according to the rules specified in our contract.
The fee you see on the reservation screen is the total transfer cost, including taxes. Unless there is an extraordinary change in the route or duration of the service you requested, there will be no surprise additional charges later.

Standard luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle type you select. You must accurately enter the number of large suitcases and carry-on bags during the reservation process. If you notify us in advance about bulky luggage, we will plan the appropriate vehicle type.
The vehicle type is determined based on the number of passengers, luggage amount, and the type of service you select. Our system will show you suitable 9+1 or 16+1 minibus alternatives based on the information you enter. You can communicate any special requests in the reservation notes section.
